You can become a TianDe Business Partner in
two ways:
1. Purchase a Starter Registration Kit on the
Company’s website.
In order to become a Partner , you need to follow the steps below:
Step 2. Acquire the Starter Registration Kit for 100 €. Your Personal Volume (PV) will be credited 1
ND = 20 points.
In
the first month of the programme 1 ND entitles you to participate in the Unified
System of Sales Promotion and receive a bonus for recruiting.
You
will be credited 1 ND for access to Stable Sales Promotion programme at any
level!
If no Starter Registration Kit is offered in
your country of residence, to become a member of the Business Partner programme you will need to make a purchase for just 100 points at any Dealership or
Service Centre.
2. Earn at least 250 points in PV during the
reporting period.
In order to qualify, you need to do the following:

2. Purchase 20 points worth of TianDe products
at catalogue prices.
Step
3. During the reporting period, earn 230 more
points, bringing your total PV to 250 points.
To
confirm your Business Partner status, achieve at least 100 points in PV
(personal volume) every month.
If you fail to get more than 100 points in PV:
1. You will be awarded Smart Shopper status;
2. Your structure shall be turned over to the
business partner over you;
3. You will not participate in the Unified
System of Sales Promotion (Marketing Plan);
4. You will not be awarded recruiting bonuses.

You can return your Business Partner status in
two ways:
1)
Acquire the Starter Kit on the Corporation`s Website, worth 100 € (1 ND = 20
points);
2) Accumulate 250 points of PV over one month.
Please note:
Recruiting
bonuses are paid only if your PV exceeds 100 points.
During the first month of the program 1 ND
will be enough.
No
recruiting bonuses shall be paid for new Business Partners who got admitted
into the program using Variant No. 2 (accumulated more than 250 PV points, i.e.
did not acquire the Starter Kit).
Please note:
If
you are a Smart Shopper and you have a new Business Partner, then to get your
recruiting bonus you will have to become a Business Partner within three
months. Unless you meet this
requirement, during the fourth month this bonus will be awarded to the Sponsor
– Business Partner above you.
All distributors registered before February 1st 2014 will be able to choose their status until May 1st 2014.
To retain your Business Partner status, you
will need to accumulate at least 100 PV points in at least one month: February,
March or April.

To become a Smart Shopper and get your
discount, follow these steps:
Step 2. Within three months after registration, make a one
time purchase of TrianDe products worth 20 points at catalogue prices in any
Dealership or Service Centre or from a Sponsor.
Step 3. To keep your discount, purchase TrianDe products at
least once every six months (for any number of points).
Points
for any Smart Shopper purchases to the PV of the Sponsor.
Smart Shoppers do not participate in the Unified System of Sales
Promotion and TrianDe Corporate Promotion programmes.
Please note: When making 20 points worth of purchases in a
Dealership or a Service Center, keep your receipt to get discounts for all subsequent
orders.
Keep
your receipt until your Smart Shopper status appears on your application.
The
registration status shall be established after the reporting period.
Transfer to Business Partner Programme
If
your PV = 250 points, you automatically become a Business Partner.
You
participate in the Unified System of Sales Promotion and special promotion
events of TrianDe corporation. You will
be eligible to receive your recruiting bonus.
If
over a month you purchased less than 20 points worth of products, you will be
awarded the Client status and no discount for your products. You can participate only in catalogue events.
