Is Network Marketing a way to the future? This is a question that many people is been asked in recent years. In fact, Robert Kiyosaki, has named the 21st Century "Network Marketing is the industry of the 21st Century". It is true, as we see on daily basis new network marketing companies springing into existence. Insurance, wills, cars, health & beauty, and much more.

Why is this change? one of the key reasons is the sales process, but the fundamental reason is that selling product or service through referral marketing gives much savings on overheads such as premises, media marketing, allowing the savings made to be distributed between the partners who are self-employed thus saving on wages, more determined to succeed, thus motivated to be the best. The other benefit to the business is such that they virtually eliminate the HR costs, as business owners (The distributors) are responsible for their own tax, and need to adhere to company rules. Therefore HR services are obsolete. It is a business to a business relation.

Distributors working with a particular network marketing company use the product or service of that company to leverage their income, thus creating for themselves passive income streams which later become residual income streams if they get to certain levels of the ranks.

Looking at remuneration, network marketing provides much more than the traditional employer. Here is a question. Would a corporation or any other business provide a fully paid, six-star luxury holiday on a cruise for their employee who made the company better off by arranging a multimillion-pound contract? NO! He/She may get a salary of say £38,000 per annum, and if lucky a bonus, which may amount to a couple of thousand pounds. Or would a great employee be rewarded with a brand new, fully paid Mercedes car?

Just think about this! Let's assume, you have saved some money for the dark hour and you placed it in a savings account. What is the annual interest that you will gain for £1000? You would be lucky to get £2.50. Now, let us say, you are ambitious and want to make enough money to retire early, or you want to spend more valuable time with your family. Would you be able to do that working full-time job? No! of course not! What about if you become ill and will not be able to provide the same standard of living to your loved ones? Perhaps you have no additional pension fund, or did not take out income protection insurance? What if you cannot afford to make mortgage payments? In other words, what if you have no plan "B"?

Network Marketing is an investment just like any other. If you consider opening a business, let say a shop. You must have money up front to pay for rent, furnish the interior, purchase stock, hire staff. Therefore such an investment would be anything like £30 K plus. How many sales would that shop have to make in order to recover this investment? In today's conditions, subject to what you sell it could take several years. Yet, today, many traditional shops are closing down as they struggle to keep going.

If you invest £100 into a Network Marketing company, you are actually purchasing an interest in multimillion-pound assets, where you do not hold any stock, have no staff to worry about, as your partners are in the business of their own, yet, you benefit from their efforts. But you invest your time to show them how to duplicate what you have been thought. In Network Marketing you are rewarded for your own efforts and the effort of your team. So the more people you help to change their lives the more money you and them will make. And when you get to certain level, your income is locked and you will have money coming to your account for the rest of your life and beyond. You are able to safeguard the future of you and your close ones. Moreover, if you are really making an effort, the company will reward you in many ways.

So, think a little. Visualise yourself in the next 3-5 years. Where do you want to be? Do you see yourself having more time with family and more spare cash doing what you do now? Do you see being retired in the next five years from this job? If not, then think again. Do you want to take things into your hands? Or do you want to be stuck in the place where you are now? It is your choice!

Alternative Business Model = Passive Income = Pension Plan

Currently, many individuals is looking for ways of creating and additional stream of income. Some are thinking of starting a business, some are searching for opportunities to make money on the internet, others are sticking to the traditional method and seek part time work in the evening, weekends, or even at night to be able to have enough money to leave on. The age if internet has created for us many new opportunities and at the same many occasions for kruks to take advantage of the ignorant. Internet provide us with enormous opportunities, but one must be aware of any pitfalls. That is why it is best to be careful. The internet is discussed in detail in our blog on business. Here we are just touching on the topic in effort to make you aware that what ever is on offer via the internet, you must double check and before parting with lots of money, make a rational decision. There are many honest and real opportunities that one can take part in, which will not cost a bomb, and teach thing or two.

Alternative Business Model

This is probably the best option available on the market at present. Many new products are marketed in this way. What is the alternative business model? Well ..... it is ..... a movement of product or service directly to the end user. It means that the product or service is moved from the manufacturer, or a creator, directly to the end user, without the need of agents, wholesale or high street store. The product or service is moved via a network of people who are the link between the M (manufacturer) and C (Client). This way, we have a system where many people move few products or services to wide spectrum of customers. This transfer is done either via face to face marketing or website, or both. This way, the quality of product or service is kept at a certain level, while the profits are shared between the individual distributors.In fact, Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, say that this model of business is the "business of the 21st century".

Currently the world has well over 3000 companies distributing products and services world wide, using the system of multilevel marketing, otherwise known as network marketing. Why is that? First, this gives an opportunity to save huge sums of money on advertising campaigns, which in turn can be invested in to the development of the products or services. Secondly, it allows an easy movement of the business in to the world market. How it is done? Simple. One American company has just went on the market with only three products. They have a distribution centre in the USA, from this centre they service the world. Then few months following entry on to the European market, they have opened a distribution centre in Europe, covering all of Europe and Middle East. This way, they have made arrangements with a worldwide shipping company and deliver to more than 180 countries at the same time. This means that every person who is part of this system, can build a worldwide business from the outset.

The TianDe opportunity

TianDe corporation is an alternative business model, joining the traditional model of business through franchising and  network marketing. This means that the company is creating products, leading research and manufacturing, while the Franchise model takes care of distribution of the products via service centres to a different countries. Then the MLM model is taking care of the distribution channel directly to customers.

This is a very simple and highly profitable opportunity, that is free to join. The money that one is investing,is invested directly in to the product. Therefore a Distributor, gets the order from the client, pass this to the service centre, who then pack and send the product back to the Distributor or directly to the client.
